Custom Calendar module
If your company uses the module “Custom calendar view”, the administrator will be able to create multiple calendars and connect them to users.
With the Custom Calendar module, it is possible to create a team of employees, who will all be shown in the calendar summary together. This way, you can compose a group of employees from different departments, and show them in the calendar summary.
Thus, you can connect employees from different departments and even from different Leavedays administrations in a separate calendar. This may be useful, for example, when employees from different departments are working together on a project. So next to the regular calendar (your own department and fellow employees), you also have access to the customized calendar.
The Custom Calendar module has two important functionalities:
- Customized calendar summary: This funtionality allows you to show certain employees grouped together in the calendar summary and/or allow them to see each others schedules in their own calendar summary.
- Notification when capacity utilization below minimum: This functionality makes sure that a notification is sent to the ‘capacity monitor’ when the capacity utilization of the team is below the set minimum.
