How to assess sell leave requests
As soon as the sell leave request has been made, the manager (authorizer) in question will get notified of this. The manager can then see the requests that were made by going to Leavedays (module at the top) ⇒ ‘To approve’ ⇒ ‘Sale’. In this overview, the individual requests have boxes that can be ticked. After selecting the requests in question, they can be approved or rejected by selecting the appropriate option below. After assessment, the request will be sent to the administrator to be processed.
The manager/authorizer can still cancel the request by going to ‘Leavedays (module at the top)’ ⇒ ‘To approve’ ⇒ ‘Approved sale’, and clicking at the request detail (page icon).
