Adding balance with a due date

To have balance expire automatically, it is possible to create a new adaptation. When you have enabled the Leave Type for the employee, you can use the following steps:

Navigate to the leave type, in this case, Pregnancy Leave:

Click on “New adaptation”, and click on “New addition adaptation with expiry date” in the following selection:

Now enter the details of the adaptation. In this case the employee has been given 10 weeks of birth leave upon the birth of their child.

Finalize this transaction by Saving, and the system will do the rest.
