Activiteiten en Locaties
This item will only be shown if you are using the time registration module.
In time registrations, activities and locations are used to specify the worked hours to an activity and/or a location. It is necessary for your employees to select an activity and a location, so if you only offer one of both, they will not have to choose.
Inserting activities and locations
Per administration, it is necessary to add at least one activity and one location, but there is no maximum number of activities or locations that may be added. Activites and locations are added as follows:
Link a terminal to a location
By linking a location to the time terminal, you will gain insight into which employee is present at which location. This can be very useful information, especially when you have multiple terminals.
