Why can’t I submit a request in the following year?

When you attempt to submit a request for the next year, but the system does not allow you to, it is highly likely that the following year has not been created / activated yet. To create a new year, please contact the administrator of your company, so s/he can do this. As soon as the administrator has created the new year, you will be able to submit requests for that year.
