Our new support website allows you to gather information about (planned) maintenance, read news articles, download manuals, follow product updates, acknowledge small problems and their solutions, and use our knowledge base. All for free!
You can now find the answer you are looking for in one central, clear website, containing all information about Leavedays. You can search within the website using a knowledge base. The technology of our knowledge base is the same as search engines such as Google or Bing. Enter a search item and all availabe results will be shown, regardless of their source. Answers can come from our FAQs, Release Notes, Product information and news articles. This way you will have the required answer in no time at all. All the relevant information is written in the form of an article, and is categorized in a logical and clear way.
Our knowledge base is not yet complete, and we will continue to update and add articles to the knowledge base, with even more relevant knowledge. However, we also need you for that! In case the knowledge base does not contain the answer you were looking for, you can ask your question via our online form, or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). All the relevant questions will be added to the knowledge base.
