Go to Settings (Cogwheel Top-Right) ⇒ System

Here the individual ‘Dashboard Cards’ can be set to shown or hidden, and modified. In order to do this there are three settings;

  • Show Period Selection on Homepage – Here you select the visibility of the Period Selector within the ‘Dashboard Cards’ (see image below)
  • Show Birthdays – Here you select the visibility of the ‘Dashboard Card’ regarding Birthdays
  • Show Capacity utilization On Homepage – Here you select the visibility of the ‘Dashboard Card’ regarding Occupancy rates

In addition the ‘Dashboard Card’ “Are on leave” can be shown or hidden through the settings of the LeaveDays module:

Go to Settings (Cogwheel Top-Right) ⇒ Leavedays ⇒ Show leave of today. By unselecting this option and saving it, this card can be hidden from the Dashboard view. By selecting this option and saving it, this card can be shown within the Dashboard view.
