Temporary replacements

If a manager is absent due to illness or leave, they will not be able to carry out their VrijeDagen tasks. This can be resolved by assigning a temporary replacement. You can do this by going to the manager’s user profile, scrolling down, and clicking on the “Manager” tab.

Under “Temporary replacement,” select a manager from the dropdown menu who will (temporarily) take over the tasks.

If you check the option “Receive email when replaced,” the original manager will still receive emails about requests, etc. This allows the absent manager to stay informed and follow along with their replacement.

Finally, click “Save.”

Please note!

When you enable this option, all (future) requests for this manager will be transferred to the replacement.
This change will remain active until it is manually disabled in the system.
