09:50 – Cause of failure detected (Network Hardware failure appears to be the root cause, currently working on replacement of same)
10:50 – Reconfiguring hardware using configuration backup’s Estimated time for installing same in datacenter 12:00 today
12:15 – The connection seems to be restoring slowly.
12:28 – The outage has been resolved and everything seems to be working again.
