11:30 – Outage reported
12:02 – The cause of the failure is in all probability caused by an outage from our supplier Azure Table Storage (Microsoft).
13:13 – Received confirmation from the supplier that it is indeed a general failure for the West European region. Unfortunately, all our servers run in this region and the application is completely dependent on the availability of services from Azure Table Storage (Microsoft).
14:50 – Received a message from the supplier that the problem has been solved.
14:54 – Everything seems to be working again.
