How to authorize a manager to register sick reports

The administrator of the system is always authorized to report employees sick or better. However, the administrator can also decide to authorize managers to register employees as sick. This option can be switched off and on for each manager individually. To do this, go to ‘Settings (gear icon top right)’ ⇒ ‘Users’ ⇒ ‘Overview’. Click the pencil icon to the left of the name of the manager who is to receive the authorization. Then, at the bottom of the screen, select the ‘Manager’ tab. You will find a checkbox labeled ‘Can report sick’, which can be enabled or disabled as required. When you’re finished, click on the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page.
